GLFBC MEETING SCHEDULE NOV 2017 – MAY 2018
Non-members are welcome to attend and observe our meetings. They may not participate in any votes.
SUNDAY, NOVEMBER 5TH, 7 PM – Members present at FBDCA Nationals will meet. Other members can phone in. We will email the phone number to call to all members before that date.
SATURDAY, DECEMBER 9TH – Skokie Valley Dog Show, Donald E Stephens Convention Center, 5555 N River Rd, Rosemont, IL – Meeting to commence 15 minutes after judging is finished.
SUNDAY, JANUARY 21ST, 10 AM – Woofman’s Lodge Pet Resort, 5714 128th Ave, Kenosha, WI – Meeting followed by a pot-luck lunch, B match, and games for the Frenchies.
SATURDAY, APRIL 7TH – DeKalb IL Dog Show, Northern Illinois University Convocation Center, 1525 W Lincoln Hwy, DeKalb, IL – Meeting to commence 15 minutes after judging is finished. This is the last meeting before our Specialty!
SATURDAY, MAY 5TH – Jefferson County Fairgrounds, 503 N Jackson Ave, Jefferson, WI – Meeting to commence 15 minutes after afternoon specialty judging in the Specialty building.
REGULAR MEMBERS NEED TO ATTEND AT LEAST ONE MEETING PER YEAR. A QUORUM IS NEEDED FOR VOTES TO BE HELD. THE QUOROM IS CURRENTLY 6 MEMBERS. FOR PHONE-IN MEETINGS YOU NEED TO PHONE THE NUMBER WE SEND OUT. WE CANNOT PHONE YOU.
MEETING ATTENDANCE IS STRONGLY ENCOURAGED. YOUR INPUT AND YOUR VOTES COUNT. IF YOU ARE NOT PRESENT YOU WON’T BE A PART OF DISCUSSIONS OR VOTES. THIS IS HOW YOUR VOICE IS HEARD.
